  • Agreement-  Deadline for signing myHRcounsel's agreement to contract with us to prepare client's 1095's and 1094 is  December 15, 2015.
  • Payments-  $750 due no later than December 31, 2015 after signing agreement on December 15, 2015.
  • Data Template-  myHRcounsel will send the client the ACA template upon signing the Agreement.  Completed template has to be returned no later than the close of business on January 11, 2016 in order to guarantee delivery by the February 1, 2016 deadline for 1095 forms.
