H-1B and L-1 Visa Fees Lowered For Dependent Employers

The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has lowered the fees for H-1B dependent employers.  Dependent employers are those employers that have 50 or more employees in the United States, of which more than 50 percent are in an H-1B and L-1 nonimmigrant visa status.  These dependent employers had to pay $2,000 more for H-1B visas and $2,500 more for L-1 visas.
